The hosts were very accommodating, allowing me to check in late and leaving the keys out for me. The room was well-appointed with hot beverages and had a lovely garden view. The bathroom shower was great and there was plenty of storage space. The property had lots of lighting, a spacious fridge, and included amenities. Convenient location, only a 10-minute walk to the train stations.
Felt cozy, nothing too much trouble.

Free private parking is available at the property, which was a breath of fresh air in the bustling city of Croydon. It felt like finding a hidden treasure chest amidst a sea of expensive parking lots and infuriating meters.
Check-in was a bit tricky.

The location of the accommodation was convenient, with fast trains and Thames-link trams nearby. It was also a short walk to the train stations, making it easy to explore the city. The room was well-appointed, with a spacious layout, plenty of seating areas, and a pleasant garden view. Additionally, the bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely. The property also provided amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and cutlery.
The mattress in the room was on the firmer side, which may not be to everyone's preference.

Great location close to transportation options including trains and trams. Good for exploring outer London. Ability to do laundry and a fridge in the room were convenient bonuses.
Tricky check-in process with incomplete instructions provided. The mattress was too firm for my liking.
